
Venue Policy
To ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all guests, please review and follow the policies below before entering the playground.
Adult Supervision Required

Parents or guardians are fully responsible for supervising their children at all times while on the premises.

Children may not be left unattended in any area of the facility.

Our staff members are present to maintain the facility and assist with operations, but they are not responsible for monitoring individual children.

The venue assumes no responsibility or liability for injuries, accidents, or incidents resulting from lack of supervision.
Grip Socks Required

Grip socks are required for all children and adults entering the play areas.

Guests without proper grip socks may be denied access to the equipment.

The venue is not responsible for slips, falls, or related injuries caused by failure to wear appropriate socks.
Toys & Equipment Must Stay in Designated Areas

Toys, loose play items, and equipment must remain in their designated areas at all times.

Moving toys or equipment between play zones may create safety hazards for other guests.

Staff may remove items being used improperly or restrict access if unsafe behavior continues.
Play at Your Own Risk

By entering the facility, guests acknowledge that indoor playground activities involve inherent physical risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, and equipment-related injuries.

Participation in all activities is voluntary and at guests’ own risk.
Respectful & Safe Behavior

Running, rough play, climbing on exterior structures, throwing objects, or unsafe behavior is not permitted.

Bullying, aggressive behavior, or disruptive conduct may result in immediate removal from the facility without refund.
Food & Drinks

Food and drinks are permitted only in designated areas.

For the safety of all guests, please avoid bringing common allergy-triggering foods containing nuts whenever possible.
Illness Policy

Guests showing symptoms of illness, including fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or contagious conditions, should not enter the facility.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone appearing unwell for the safety of other guests.
Damages

Parents or guardians may be held financially responsible for intentional damage to facility property, toys, or equipment caused by misuse or negligent behavior.
Management Rights

Management reserves the right to refuse service, limit play access, or remove any guest who does not follow facility rules or whose behavior may impact the safety and experience of others.
